Fayetta Schrock

Fayetta Gracie Schrock, 74, of Oakland, passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at Garrett Regional Medical Center. She was born on July 15, 1947, and was the daughter of the late Virgil W. and Freda V. (Moats) Moats.

She worked at Wisp Resort for 18 years. She enjoyed watching TV, playing Yahtzee, spending time with her dog, her grandchildren and her family.

She is survived by a daughter, Rayetta Riggleman and husband Jamie of Friendsville, MD; four sons, Joey Ridenour and wife Melissa, John W. Mayne and wife Amanda, both from Oakland, Wayne Mayne and wife Jen of Bloomington, MD, and David Mayne and wife Shondel of Swanton, MD; fourteen grandchildren; six great grandchildren; a brother, Virgil Wayne Moats and wife Lily; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Schrock.

Per her request, Fayetta will be cremated.
