Edward Sisler

Edward Ray Sisler, 80, of Gorman, MD, passed away on December 23, 2021 at Dennett Manor Nursing Home. Ed was born in Oakland, MD., on June 3, 1941, the son of Julius (Juke) and Sophronia J. (Ridings) Sisler. He worked in the timber business with his dad cutting props for the Island Creek mines. He was also employed at Bausch and Lomb and had his Small Engine Repair for many years. His main hobby was fishing and loved his cat Peaches. He is survived by his sister Louise Weimer and Darl of Oakland, MD; one nephew Mike Weimer and wife Kim; one niece, Michelle Andrews and husband Anthony; one great-nephew, Caid Andrews; three great-nieces, Carlee Ann Andrews, Raeslee Dick and husband Mason, Kamrin Weimer; one great-great nice, Wrenlee Dick. He was preceded in death by both parents. Ed will be cremated and no services are planned at this time. The C & S Fredlock Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family at this time.
