Catherine "Pat" Lohr

Catherine Patricia "Pat" Lohr, 77, of Swanton, MD, passed away December 5, 2021, at Ruby Memorial Hospital. Born on March 19, 1944, in McHenry, MD, the daughter of the late Wilbur and Marie (Simmons) Bowser.

Catherine was a Garrett County School Bus Driver for 23 years, proudly driving bus #39 and a member of Lakeside Assembly of God. She was a hard -working farm wife and a loving mother who was kind hearted. Pat loved her Savior, some of the last words she spoke was "I love Him deep in my heart, honestly, I do!"; her daughters are taking comfort in knowing she is with Jesus now.

She is survived by three daughters; Karen Lohr , Patty Lohr and Dawn Lohr; two brothers, Roger L. Bowser & wife, Dot and Gilroy "Pete" Bowser & wife Connie; special sister in law Mary Shreve and husband Eugene Shreve and sister in law, Sharon Lohr; numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Also survived by grand pups; Murphy, Minnie and Katie.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Lewis C. Lohr, on December 10, 2011; an infant daughter, Rebecca Lynn Lohr; brothers, Wilbur B. Bowser, Harvey G Bowser and infant brother, Harold; sister, Rosalee Bowser and special cousin, Harry Bowser.

Friends will be received Wednesday, December 8, 2021, from 4 to 7 PM at C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., Oakland; and Thursday, December 9, 2021, from 10 to 11 AM at Lakeside Assembly of God at which time a funeral service will be conducted with Pastor Brenda Bernard and Pastor James Shreve officiating. Interment will follow in the Alexander Lohr Family Cemetery. The C & S Fredlock Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Lohr family at this time.
