Carma R. (Bray) White, 86, of Kitzmiller died on Friday, March 25, 2022, at Garrett Regional Medical Center.
Born on August 17, 1935, in Swanton, she was the daughter of the late Everett Benjamin and Ruth E. (Peck) Bray.
Carma was a social worker for over twenty years with the Garrett County Department of Social Services and loved her job so much that she retired from it three times. She also worked as an administrative assistant for the Garrett County Board of Education.
She is survived by a son, W. James White IV and wife Teresa of Kitzmiller; grandchildren, William James "Jamie" White V and husband Jeremy Munday, Elizabeth White and husband Bret Sanders, Josh White and fiance Melissa Manley, Stephanie White and husband Barry Savage, Nicholas Oliverio and girlfriend Angela Matthews, Anthony Oliverio and wife Alison, Katherine Oliverio and fiance John Enos; and great-grandchildren, Jimmy Browning, Jordyn Riggleman, Colton Browning, Justyn White, Karter Oliverio, Karlee Cash, Karson Oliverio, Weston Burrell, Domenick Glotfelty, Shelton White, Brantley White and Ozzy Sanders-White; and a sister, Darlene Davis of Mount Storm, WV; a daughter-in-law, Diane White and son-in law, Anthony Oliverio.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William James "Bill" White, III, in 2016; a son, Jeffrey Everett White; a daughter, Ruth Oliverio; brothers, Everett "Neil" Bray, Gerald Wayne Bray and William Bradley Bray; and a sister, Eloise Dennis.
Friends will be received at the C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N 2nd St., Oakland on Tuesday, March 29th from 11 AM to 1 PM. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 29th in the funeral home at 1 PM with Pastor Thomas F. Matthews officiating. A private family interment at later date in Oakland Cemetery.
