Wanda Slaubaugh

Wanda Gail (Moats) Slaubaugh, 59, of Eglon, WV, passed away February 28, 2022, at Garrett Regional Medical Center in Oakland, MD. She was born November 23, 1962, in Oakland, MD, the daughter of the late William Roy and Mary Katherine Moats.

Wanda was a graduate of East Preston Highschool. She retired from Dennett Road Manor as a Registered Nurse's Assistant. She enjoyed crafting, gardening, and fishing. She loved spending time with her family, especially, her beloved granddaughters.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Barry Clay Slaubaugh, whom she married on August 30, 1983; a daughter, Alicia Moore and husband Nathaniel; a son, Ryan Slaubaugh and wife Samantha; two grandchildren, Quorra Moore and Aurora Slaubaugh. Wanda is from a very large family whom she dearly loved them all.

Friends will be received at Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home, Friday, March 4, 2022, from 11 am to 1 pm. A funeral service will be conducted at 1 pm with Pastor Zachary Slaubaugh officiating. There will be no graveside services held. The Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Slaubaugh family at this time.
