Sandra Tasker

Sandra Mae Tasker of Oakland, MD, passed away at her home on January 1, 2022. Sandy was born on July 25, 1952 the youngest of 5 children. Sandy was charismatic, fun loving and no hold bars person. Family meant everything to her and she loved them fiercely. She enjoyed the simple things in life like playing cards with her friends Joe and Sally, sitting by the fire pit on beautiful summer evenings, spending time with her family. She loved gardening as well.

Sandy leaves behind her loving husband of 49 years Vernard "Randy" Tasker; one daughter, Jennifer McClung and husband Jason; one son, Kevin Tasker and wife Kassy; six grandsons, Brandon, Bryson and Gage McClung, Jean-Luc Strawser, Josiah and Jaxsen Tasker; one granddaughter Trinity McClung; one sister, Mamie Reckart and husband Elmer; one brother, Edward Poling, Along with numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

She is proceed in death by both of her parents, (Virginia Cogley) Poling and Herman Poling, two sisters, Barb Cassidy and husband, Ginny Miller and husband, and her in-laws.

At Sandy's request she will be cremated and a private memorial service will be held at a later date. The C & S Fredlock Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family at this time.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that in honor of Sandy, contact Green Acres and request a tree to be planted in her memory.
