Rhonda Arnold

Rhonda Lynn Arnold, 64, of Bayard, WV, passed away January 25, 2022, at her home, surrounded by her family. Born on March 25, 1958, in Oakland, MD, she was the daughter of Shelby (McDonald) Duckett and the late Richard Arnold. 

Rhonda earned her Bachelor's Degree of Arts at Fairmont State University. She loved her dog "Zippy" and her kittens. She enjoyed photography, traveling, song writing, art, and entertaining all her friends and family. Rhonda was a free spirit; always being optimistic and spontaneous. She had reached a level that freed her from the fear of conforming to people.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her stepfather, Gerald Duckett; a daughter, Jennifer Lister and husband Jason of Rivesville, WV; three grandchildren, Ozzy, Reed, and Grant Lister; three sisters, Rachel Tracey and husband Steve of Bayard, WV, Sheri Ball and husband Mark of Terra Alta, WV, and Brenda Lemay and husband Steve of Oakland, MD; and six close-knit nieces and nephews, Adam, Mandy, Brittany, Ashley, Brent and Brianna. 

Friends will be received, Monday, January 30, 2023, from 11 AM to 1 PM at Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home, 567 Thomas Avenue, Davis. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM with Pastor Larry Hakes officiating. Interment will follow in the Bayard Cemetery.
