Ralph Friend

Ralph Ervin Friend, 73, of Oakland, MD, passed away on April 25, 2024, at Henry Clay Villa, in Markleysburg, PA. Born on June 1, 1950, in Collage Park, MD, he was the son of the late Paul and Genevieve (Knox) Friend.

Ralph is survived by a sister, Patricia Welch; a niece, Janet Welch-Gank and husband Wayne; a great niece, Lacy House; specials cousins, Wilma Armstrong and Jeffery Dillsworth, whom helped with his care; and a host of cousins.

Friends will be received on Monday, April 29, 2024, from 10 to 11 AM at the C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N. Second St., Oakland. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM in the funeral home with Pastor John Skipper officiating. Interment will be private.
