Mildred Lucas

Milly Lucas, 79, of Kitzmiller, MD, went to be with her Heavenly Father on January 24, 2023. Born on June 22, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Mable (Paugh) Greaser.

Milly had a loving and caring heart; She was a wonderful mom and best friend to her daughter, Kaye. She never met a person that wasn't her friend. Milly and her husband, Bob, owned a service station and convenience store in Kitzmiller for over 25 years. She truly loved everyone and watching all the children as they grew up. She loved her family, God, and Jesus with all of her heart. She was a beautiful example of God's and Jesus' love. She will be greatly missed by so many.

She is survived by her daughter, Kaye Lucas of Kitzmiller; a brother, Tommy Greaser and wife Diane of Elk Garden; a sister, Vickie Floyd and husband Steve of Stuarts Draft, VA; along with a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Bob" Lucas; and two sisters, Julie Reel and Shirley Coleman, both of Kitzmiller.

Friends will be received Friday, January 27, 2023, from 5 to 8 PM at C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 710 Church St. Kitzmiller. A funeral service will be held at 10 AM, Saturday, January 28, 2023, at the funeral home with Rev. Dr. Matthew Paugh officating. Interment will follow in the Kalbaugh Cemetery.
