Mary (Bäseler) Ammann, 97, much loved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister-in-law, and aunt, died at her home in Deer Park on March 18th, 2024, with her family present.
Born November 27, 1926, in Munich, Germany, Mary resided in Deer Park since 1958. Mary was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church.
Mary is survived by five children, Albert and wife Rhonda, Lawrence and wife Katie, Dorothy and husband Kimber, Margaret, and Paul; six grandchildren, Eric, Drew and wife Maria, Melissa and husband Tyler, Stephen, Paul, and Matt: five great-grandchildren, twins Gabriel and Miriam, Lena, Paul and Eli.
In accordance with Mary's wishes, her remains were cremated.
A memorial mass will be celebrated at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, Oakland, on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at 3 PM with Father Tom Gills as celebrant. Interment will be in the Deer Park Cemetery.
