James Gainer

James Arthur Gainer, 70, of Martinsburg, West Virginia and formerly of Parsons, West Virginia passed away January 21, 2019 at Martinsburg VA Medical Center. He was born June 9, 1948 a son of the late James and Phyllis Luckie Gainer. He is survived by one sister, Ann Brobst and two nephews.
Mr. Gainer served in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam. He attended Shepherd University where he obtained both an Associates and Bachelors degree.
At the request of Mr. Gainer, he will be cremated. There have been no services scheduled at this time. Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. www.hinklefennerfuneralhome.com
