Carl F. “Freddy, Ralph” Hinebaugh, 77, of Morgantown, formerly of Deer Park, passed away on Sunday, June 9, 2019 at his residence. Born on January 17, 1942 in Deer Park, he is the son of the late Carl R. and Hazel B. (Kerns) Hinebaugh. Mr. Hinebaugh was a United States Navy veteran having proudly served on the USS Boston. He was a construction painter by trade. He enjoyed watching sports especially the West Virginia Mountaineers. He was an animal lover with a kind heart and he was always making people laugh. Mr. Hinebaugh is survived by a son, Scott Hinebaugh and wife Eleine of Goose Creek, SC; a daughter, Robin Norton and husband Terry of Tabor City, NC; five grandchildren, Dazzle, Casey, Jessica, Gina, Cheryl; three great-grandchildren, Lyla, Rory and Arcee; a sister, Wanda Greene of Deer Park; special niece, Lena Beckman and husband Jim, special nephew, Gary Niner; and numerous family members and friends. In accordance with Mr. Hinebaugh’s wishes, he will be cremated and interment, with military honors will take place at the West Virginia National Cemetery, Grafton on July 5th, 2019 at 1PM. The C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, Oakland is honored to be assisting the family.
