Barbara Jean Hunt, 82, of Pierce, West Virginia passed away at her home surrounded by her family on August 11, 2019. She was born July 17, 1937 in Eglon, West Virginia a daughter of the late Clifford and Geneva Evans Feather.
She is survived by one son, William Warren Hunt Jr., and wife Dawn Jean, two brothers, Robert Feather and wife Rachel, Kerry Lee Feather and wife Kathleen, five grandchildren, Ashley Hunt, Nicholas Hunt and wife Desiree, Shelby Arman, Jamie Arman, Alexis Haddox and husband Zac, four great-grandchildren, AnnaLynne Arman, Weslee Haddox, Braxton and Brayden Hunt, and three close friends, Maryann Sharp, Rena Harper, and Jocie Mullenax.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one infant brother, Glen Feather and one great-granson, Jonathon Andrew Hunt.
Ms. Hunt loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed watching Nascar, sewing, playing cards, and watching old western movies. She loved going to Saffitickers Ice Cream Shop to get her strawberry milkshakes.
At the request of Ms. Hunt, she will be cremated. At this time, there are no services scheduled. Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements. Condolences may be made to the family at www.hinklefennerfuneralhome.com
